This is a recipe book. The recipes are good. I know we may not know each other, so I don't expect you to trust me, but they are. I'm no chef. I have no degree or training in culinary arts. I'm not an internet video sensation. I'm just a woman who loves feeding her family and friends good ol' delicious and hearty home cooked meals. I've made it my mission to perfect every dish I attempt to the point of obsession, because smiling faces around the dinner table is my favorite thing. With much persuasion from everyone I feed, I've finally decided to dish (so to speak) the goods and share some of my recipes with the world.

But I'm a stubborn woman and I wanted to do it my own way. This book isn't polished. I use cuss words and honesty and I'm not too concerned with upsetting anyone. I love fresh ingredients as much as anyone, but in this recipe book you'll occasionally see some "cream of" something or the dreaded V cheese, because I'm not selling a health book. I'm selling DELICIOUS, and let's face it. Sometimes the shi**y stuff just tastes good. Some of these recipes are easy and some are quick, but some are a total pain in the a** but yield the end results... delicious. It's a recipe book. And the recipes are good. That's about it.
